脑垂体机能减退综合征是内分泌疾病中常见的一组疾病。1938年英国医生Sheehan首先报道了此综合征,故命名为席汉氏综合征。后来也有关于此综合征的报道,且25～30%的病例伴发精神障碍,与精神病相似,难以鉴別。两者治疗则截然不同。为防止误诊,争取及时正确的治疗,应引起高度重视。现将我院1984年收治的1例报告如下: 张某某,女,45岁,工人,住院号17902。1975年生第四胎时大出血引起失血性休克,立即输血800毫升。恢复后则无乳、闭经,述头晕,不思饮食,反应迟钝。当地诊断为
Pituitary hypothyroidism syndrome is a common group of diseases in endocrine diseases. In 1938, the British doctor Sheehan first reported the syndrome, so named for Shear’s syndrome.
