近日,中央出台了《关于建立促进科学发展的党政领导班子和领导干部考核评价机制的意见》。同时,为深入贯彻落实《意见》,经中央批准,中央组织部制定了地方、部门和年度三个考核办法。此“1+3”文件的出台,标志着干部考核评价新模式将启动,“唯GDP论英雄”和自我评价的方式将彻底改变。
Recently, the Central Government issued the Opinions on Establishing a Mechanism for Assessment and Appraisal of the Leading Body and Leading Cadres of the Party and Government to Promote Scientific Development. At the same time, in order to thoroughly implement the “Opinions,” with the approval of the Central Government, the Central Organization Department formulated three assessment methods at the local, department and annual levels. The promulgation of this “1 + 3” document marks the beginning of a new model for assessment and evaluation of cadres. The “Only Heroes of GDP” and the way of self-evaluation will be radically changed.
