2005年,中国复材已确立以叶片为主导产品切入新能源行业,这需要先进的叶片制造技术支持。德国NOI公司是原欧洲第二大风电叶片制造商,拥有现代化的RIM(树脂注射模塑成型工艺)叶片模具制作工艺技术,2004年,因投资者的撤资而遇到财务困难申请破产。2006年,在中国建材的战略指引下,中国复材与NOI进行了深入的沟通和谈判。后经国家商务部批准中国复材下属中复连众设立全资子公司SINOI,收购NOI全部有效资产,NOI的管理人员和专有技术及许可证全部转移到SINOI公司,设计研发和生产制造2兆瓦以上风
In 2005, China Composites has established a blade-oriented product into the new energy industry, which requires advanced blade manufacturing technical support. Germany NOI is Europe’s second largest wind turbine blade manufacturer, with a modern RIM (resin injection molding process) blade mold manufacturing technology, in 2004, due to the divestment of investors and encountered financial difficulties to file for bankruptcy. In 2006, under the strategic direction of China Building Materials, China Composites conducted in-depth communication and negotiation with NOI. After the approval of the State Ministry of Commerce, SINOI, a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Fuxin, a subsidiary of China Fuxin, acquired all the effective assets of NOI and all the management personnel and proprietary technologies and licenses of NOI were transferred to SINOI, which designed, developed and manufactured 2 MW above the wind
