目的了解广州市社区卫生服务中心家庭病床开展的基本情况,对其存在的问题进行分析,从而为今后家庭病床资源的合理配置、发展以及优化提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法,主要运用SPSS 13.0统计软件对相关数据做统计描述,对广州市某社区卫生服务中心2008—2012年建立的876例家庭病床展开调查,分析开设家庭病床患者的基本情况、疾病构成、家庭病床费用。结果 2008—2012年该社区卫生服务中心建立了876张病床,建床量呈逐年增长趋势;在876例家庭病床患者中以70~79岁老年人为主,占57.1%;疾病构成中的脑血管意外康复期居首位,占75.80%,其次长期留置导管的重度尿路梗阻、需卧床的骨折占一定的比例;家庭病床总收入和药品费用不断增长,药品费用占家庭病床费用的比例逐年减少。结论家庭病床的需求日益增大,在社区卫生服务中逐步得到普及。家庭病床作为社区卫生服务的一种形式,在一定程度上缓解了“看病难,看病贵”的问题,为居民提供综合的卫生服务,相关部门应积极采取措施从各个方面发展和完善家庭病床,使家庭病床在社区卫生服务中进一步发挥作用。
Objective To understand the basic situation of family beds in community health centers in Guangzhou and to analyze the existing problems so as to provide a scientific basis for rational allocation, development and optimization of family beds in the future. Methods A retrospective survey was conducted. The data were mainly analyzed by using SPSS 13.0 statistical software. A survey was conducted on 876 family beds set up by a community health service center in Guangzhou from 2008 to 2012 to analyze the basic situation of the family beds, Disease composition, family bed costs. Results 886 beds were set up in this community health service center from 2008 to 2012, and the bed-occupancy increased year by year. Among 876 cases, 70-79 years old were the elderly, accounting for 57.1% of all cases. Cerebrovascular Accidental rehabilitation period ranked first, accounting for 75.80%, followed by long-term indwelling catheter severe urinary tract obstruction, bed rest fractures accounted for a certain proportion; family beds total income and drug costs continue to increase, the proportion of drug costs in the family bed costs decreased year by year . Conclusion The demand for family beds is increasing day by day and is gaining popularity in community health services. As a form of community health service, family beds have alleviated the problem of “difficulty in seeing a doctor and expensive doctor” to a certain extent, and provided comprehensive health services to residents. Relevant departments should take active measures to develop and perfect the family in all aspects Hospital bed, family bed to further play a role in community health services.
