在新的历史条件下,如何更加扎实地推进反腐倡廉建设,是全党全国上下关注的重大课题。目前,我们党在反腐倡廉建设的理论构建和实践探究上,已经超越了“摸着石头过河”的摸索阶段,正在走出一条中国特色反腐倡廉道路。但是,腐败问题不断变种升级,手段越来越隐蔽,牵涉范围越来越广,甚至给人“越反越多”的错觉。我们应深入分析和准确揭示当前反腐倡廉建设存在的突出问题,把握反腐倡廉建设的基本规律,有效推进反腐倡廉建设。
Under the new historical conditions, how to push forward combating corruption and build a clean government more solidly is a major issue that the entire party and the whole nation are concerned about. At present, our party has already surpassed the groping stage of “walking across the river by feeling the stones” in the theoretical construction and practical exploration of the fight against corruption and building a clean government and is stepping out of a road of combating corruption and building a clean government with Chinese characteristics. However, the issue of corruption continues to grow and change, the means are becoming more and more concealed, and the scope of the issue is getting wider and wider, even giving the illusion of more and more anti-corruption. We should thoroughly analyze and accurately reveal the outstanding problems that exist in the current anti-corruption campaign, grasp the basic rules of combating corruption and building a clean government, and effectively push forward the construction of anti-corruption and building a clean government.
