目的了解某公司钴酸锂(LiCoO2)生产线工作场所职业病危害因素种类、分布、危害程度、采取的防护措施及防护效果。方法对该生产线进行职业病危害因素现场调查、采样检测和分析。结果该生产线的生产工艺和设备布局合理,但卫生防护措施不到位,工作场所职业病危害因素超标点较多。结论该生产线职业病危害因素检测不合格的作业场所,应采取合理可行的防治措施。
Objective To understand the type, distribution, degree of harm of occupational hazards in the workplace of a company LiCoO2 production line, protective measures and protective effects. Methods The production line of occupational hazards on-site investigation, sampling and analysis. Results The production line of the production process and equipment layout is reasonable, but health protection measures are not in place, occupational hazards in the workplace exceeded the punctuation point more. Conclusion The production line occupational hazards testing unqualified workplaces, should take reasonable and feasible control measures.
