目的通过测定合剂中芍药苷的含量从而建立复方降脂合剂的质量控制方法。方法采用HPLC法,十八烷基硅胶柱,以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(30:70:0.5)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min-1,柱温为室温,检测器:紫外检测器,检测波长230nm。结果芍药苷的线性范围为0.5~70μg·ml-1,y=41337x+3301.2,相关系数r=0.9998,该方法精密度、重复性、回收率均符合要求。结论该HPLC法方法简便,结果准确可靠,重复性好,适用于复方降脂合剂中芍药苷的测定。
Objective To establish a method for quality control of Compound Jiangzhi Decoction by measuring the content of paeoniflorin in the mixture. Methods The HPLC method was established on octadecyl silica gel column with methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (30:70:50) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1. The column temperature was set at room temperature. The detector was UV detector, Detection wavelength of 230nm. Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.5 ~ 70μg · ml-1, y = 41337x + 3301.2, the correlation coefficient was 0.9998. The precision, repeatability and recovery of paeoniflorin were satisfactory. Conclusion The HPLC method is simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible. It is suitable for the determination of paeoniflorin in Fufang Jiangzhi Mixture.
