第一条船舶停靠码头,应将缆绳系于所设之缆椿,不得随便系于电杆或其他柱子上。第二条船舶停靠码头,不得将煤渣货脚或垃圾污物,随意倾倒码头上,亦不得将蒸气或污水冲至码头。第三条码头上堆置货物,应先至本局申请许可,并应照章缴纳各项费用,费率及收费办法由本局另订之,堆置货物限于下列各项:1.不适于存入仓库者;2.仓库已堆满货物者;3.进出口货临时使用码头存放经本局认可者;
For the first ship to dock at a wharf, the cable shall be tied to the cable to be provided and shall not be tied to poles or other poles. Article 2 Ships docked at a wharf shall not dump dumped cargo or trash dirt on the wharf at will, nor rush steam or sewage to the wharf. Article 3 The piling up of goods on the pier should first go to this Council for permission and pay the fees in accordance with the rules. Rates and charges will be set by the Bureau separately. The piling up shall be limited to the following items: 1. Not suitable for storage in warehouses 2. The warehouse has been filled with cargoes; 3. The temporary use of import and export terminals to be stored by this Council approved;
