目的:探讨布地奈德雾化吸入联合丹红治疗矽肺并发肺动脉高压的临床疗效。方法:将2011-2013年在我院住院期间的矽肺并发肺心病肺动脉高压的患者90例随机分为两组,观察组46例,对照组44例,采用吸氧,抗感染,支气管扩张剂,强心等常规治疗,观察组在吸氧,抗感染,支气管扩张剂治疗的基础上给予布地奈德雾化吸入及丹红注射液静点,10d为1疗程,比较两组患者的临床症状,体征,动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2),动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_2),第1秒最大呼气容积(FEV_1)最高呼气流量(PEF)BNP(脑钠肽),肺动脉压改变情况等指标变化。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)PaO_2、PaCO_2、SaO_2、FEV1、PEF值明显升高,心功能指标,肺动脉压比较有统计学意义各项指标优于对照组,提示,布地奈德雾化吸入联合丹红治疗矽肺具有改善通气,纠正因缺氧引起的较广泛的肺血管收缩导致的肺动脉高压,减少并发症等疗效显著,且药物的使用剂量小,副作用少,值得临床推广。
