在现行中职电工电子类教材传统教学中,MOS电路教学难度大,教师授课时甚至一带而过,没有相应的验证性实验配合,教学效果不能令学生满意。作者通过对现行中职学校及职业院校电工电子类教材中MOS电路部分的分析,提出并论述了MOS电路教学中,一种系统简洁的晶体管开关态高低电平判别法,并配以Multisim进行仿真教学,使MOS电路教学简洁、明了,直观有趣。
In the current traditional electric and electronic teaching materials in the traditional teaching, MOS circuit teaching difficult, even when the teachers over the course, there is no corresponding verification experiment, the teaching effect can not make students satisfied. Based on the analysis of the MOS circuit in the electric and electronic textbooks of vocational schools and vocational colleges, the author puts forward and discusses a concise method for discriminating the high and low levels of transistor switching states in MOS circuit teaching, which is supported by Multisim Simulation teaching, so MOS circuit teaching concise, clear, intuitive and interesting.
