作为保密工作者,我们都很熟悉保密法及其实施条例关于保守国家秘密的有关规定。而提到党的保密纪律,却未必有同样清晰的认识。党章党规关于党的纪律的规定,给所有党员划定了一条红线,这条红线比法律的要求更高。一方面,根据党章要求,党员要模范遵守国家的法律法规;另一方面,党的纪律比法律的规定更细更严,有更丰富的内涵。
