世界各国经济发展的经验证明,直接的外国投资同其他的经济援助相比,独具优势:第一,外国投资是投入商品生产和劳务,以及研究工艺、专有技术、先进管理方法和销售学的资本来源.第二,投资不同于借款和贷款,没有对外债的额外负担,相反,还有利于得到资金清偿债务.第三,由于生产和科学技术合作,直接投资可以保护民族经济和世界经济最有效的接轨.因此,我们应该解放思想,抓住有利时机,加快引进步伐,同时还应完善投资环境,严格税收管理,使外资在促进我国经济几年上一个台阶中发挥更大的作用.
