笔者着重分析了新时期航卫工作的特点、难点和在未来战争中担负的使命，指出当前航卫保障精力分散，反差加大；投入不足，供需矛盾突出；重视不够，缺乏强有力的感召力和吸引力。提出：①突出航空医学教育特点，既要考虑到它与临床医学的一致性，更要强调其特殊性。在打牢基础理论的前提下，要参与航卫保障实践；②建立再教育途径，解决航卫人员理论水平和操作能力偏低的问题。建立培养不同层次航卫人才的基地，使其知识结构、人才梯次合理；③航空医学科研要面向未来，加大投入，使航空医学资源互相利用，取长补短，共同发展，多方合作，形成网络。要重视新时期航卫工作建设与发展，切实抓住重点、难点，不但要提高经费物资供应标准，而且要注重精神鼓励，充分调动积极性，解决航卫人员的后顾之忧，增强凝聚力。要长远规划，超前准备，努力使航卫保障适应不同规模、不同层次、不同机种、不同时限的训练和作战需求，积极探讨新时期航卫工作特点，使航空医学向高水平、高质量、高层次发展。
The author emphatically analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of the aviation and defense work in the new era and the mission to be shouldered in the future war. It points out that the dispersion of current security coverage of aviation and defense increases with the increase of contrast; the insufficient investment leads to the prominent contradiction between supply and demand; the insufficient attention and lack of powerful charisma And attractive. Proposed: ① highlight the characteristics of aviation medical education, it is necessary to take into account its consistency with clinical medicine, but also to emphasize its particularity. Under the precondition of laying a solid foundation theory, we should participate in the safeguarding practice of navigation and defense; and (2) establish a re-education approach to solve the problem of low theoretical level and operational capacity of aviation and sailing personnel. Establish a base for training aviation health personnel at different levels so that their knowledge structure and talent ladder are reasonable; (3) aviation medical research should face the future and increase investment so that aviation medical resources can make use of each other to draw on each other’s strengths for common development and multilateral cooperation to form a network. We must attach importance to the construction and development of aviation and security work in the new era, and earnestly grasp the key and difficult points. We must not only raise the standards for the supply of funds and materials, but also emphasize the spirit of encouragement, fully mobilize the enthusiasm, solve the worries and increase the cohesion of aviation and security personnel. We should make long-term planning and advanced preparations so as to adapt the support for aviation and aviation security to the training and combat needs of different scales, different levels, different aircraft types and different time limits, and actively explore the characteristics of aviation and navigation work in the new era so that aviation medicine can provide high-quality, High-level development.
