目的观察不同清洗方法对再生医疗器械的清洗质量,确保灭菌效果。方法采用目测法和潜血试验法,对不同方法清洗的止血钳质量进行了检测。结果用超声波清洗的止血钳,用目测法检测合格率为95%,用潜血试验法检测合格率为87%。人工清洗加超声波清洗的止血钳,用目测法检测合格率为99%,用潜血试验法检测合格率为94%。结论人工清洗加超声波清洗器械质量优于单独超声波清洗法。
Objective To observe the cleaning quality of regenerative medical devices by different cleaning methods and ensure the sterilization effect. Methods Visual inspection and occult blood test were used to examine the hemostatic forceps cleaned by different methods. Results The hemostatic forceps were cleaned by ultrasonic wave. The qualified rate was 95% by visual inspection and 87% by occult blood test. Artificial cleaning plus ultrasonic cleaning hemostatic forceps, with a visual test pass rate of 99%, with the occult blood test 94% pass rate. Conclusion The quality of artificial cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning equipment is superior to that of ultrasonic cleaning alone.
