本文报告中西医结合治疗外阴白癍39例的临床效果,供同道参考。 1.病例选择:本组39例为妇科检查确诊的中老年人。39例中年龄最小46岁,最大者70岁,平均54.2岁;其中,萎缩型18例、非典型增生型10例,混合型11例;中医分型:肝肾阴虚者24例,气阴两虚者11例,脾气虚者4例;39例中,20例血液流变学检查有程度不同的粘稠及增高现象,3例有轻度贫血改变。
This article reports the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of 39 cases of genital Whitefly for fellow reference. 1. Case Selection: This group of 39 cases of gynecological examination confirmed the elderly. Among the 39 cases, the youngest was 46 years old and the oldest was 70 years old, with an average of 54.2 years old. Among them, 18 cases were atrophic, 10 cases were atypical hyperplastic and 11 cases were mixed. TCM classification was 24 cases with liver- 11 cases of deficiency, 4 cases of spleen deficiency; 39 cases, 20 cases of rheological examination of varying degrees of viscous and increased phenomenon, 3 cases of mild anemia.
