新形势下我国体育实验室具有六方面的特征,即目标定位明确,科研任务复杂,硬件条件优越,管理方式多样,整合培养多专业人才以及科研成果喜人。科学构建体育实验室管理机制应该明确发展目标和研究方向,理顺内部组织机构,统筹协调各方关系并加强创新文化建设。通过对北京体育大学科研中心做个案分析发现,其优势是能够整合资源,提升科技服务水平;学科齐全,信息畅通;建设创新型实验室并集成最新前沿技术;积极举办体育科技大讲堂,培养体育实用人才。
