在城市园林绿化中,对于绿化所需彩叶树种异地适应性的评价主要是形态学观测、电导率的测定等,然后建立一套评价模型,这是一个传统的适应性评价流程。在叶绿素荧光技术发展日渐成熟,并且在对植物抗逆性研究中发挥着重要的作用这一背景下,本研究基于叶绿素荧光技术的基本理论,尝试将叶绿素荧光技术引入对彩叶植物的引种适应性评价中,并结合有关光、水、温、盐对植物产生胁迫的有关研究进行分析,为园林彩叶树种引种的工作提供指导。
