我国是钢铁生产大国,也是钢材产品出口大国。近年来,我国钢材出口产品在国际市场上频繁遭遇反倾销,导致钢铁业的发展陷入“内外交困”的境地。本文以沪深A股钢铁业上市公司为样本,对我国钢铁企业遭遇反倾销调查的影响因素进行实证分析,并提出相应的对策建议。
China is a big steel producer and a big exporter of steel products. In recent years, China’s steel export products frequently encounter anti-dumping in the international market, resulting in the development of the steel industry into a “trapped inside and outside” situation. In this paper, a sample of listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share iron and steel industry, empirical analysis of the impact of China’s iron and steel enterprises encounter anti-dumping investigations and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
