结合坝陵河大桥东锚碇超大体积混凝土施工过程中的温控技术,浅析大体积混凝土的温度控制。根据数值模拟分析,制定详尽地施工温控方案。采用掺加高效缓凝减水剂与粉煤灰双掺技术优化混凝土配合比,大幅度降低混凝土的单位水泥用量。通过现场温度数据实时监控结果指导冷却循环降温及覆盖保温养护工作,做到信息化施工,防止了大体积混凝土温度裂缝的产生。
