我厂2号炉系上海锅炉厂五十年代生产的ДКВ10—13型抛煤机锅炉。一九七九年改装成链条炉,每小时蒸发量15吨,工作压力为13公斤/厘米~2。实现了仪表集中和远距离控制,提高了热效率和机械化程度。运行性能参数如下:平均汽压 10.6公斤/厘米~2平均蒸发量 9.5吨/小时出预热器热风温度 185度烟温:炉膛出口 1060度排烟 209度渣中含碳量 12.8%锅炉热效率 78.964%改装前,我们进行了必要的热力计算,据此确定了总体改装方案,并做了较完整的改装设计。现将改装中的几个主要问题介绍
