经济转型是我国经济发展的必经之路,却也是一个复杂又缓慢的过程。经济法作为对经济关系调整的一部法律在经济转型的过程中起着至关重要的作用。那么,到底我国处于什么样的经济转型状态,特点有哪些,经济法如何发挥其应有的作用辅助经济的发展与前行。本文将在一方面解读我国经济的转型特点,而另一方面诠释经济法在经济转型中的重要作用。
Economic restructuring is the only way for China’s economic development, but it is also a complicated and slow process. Economic law as a law on the adjustment of economic relations plays a crucial role in the process of economic restructuring. So, in the end what kind of state of economic restructuring and characteristics does China have, and how economic law should give full play to its due role in assisting economic development and progress. This article will interpret the characteristics of China’s economic transition on the one hand, and on the other hand explain the important role of economic law in economic restructuring.
