本文研究了13Cr-4Ni 铸钢回火脆性造成韧性降低的机理。结论为:1) 从回火温度开始冷却后,在450~550℃的温度区域内进行等温处理时,抗冲击性能劣化;2) 回火温度和等温处理对脆化都有影响;3) 脆化与奥氏体和在回火中产生的逆变奥氏体的晶界中的碳化物析出有关。
This paper studied the 13Cr-4Ni cast steel temper brittleness caused by reduced toughness mechanism. The conclusions are: 1) the impact resistance is deteriorated when the isothermal treatment is performed in the temperature range of 450 to 550 ° C after cooling from the tempering temperature; 2) the tempering temperature and the isothermal treatment have effects on embrittlement; 3) the brittleness It is related to the precipitation of carbides in the grain boundaries of austenite and austenite produced during tempering.
