中职导游服务专业学生导游技能主要包括能按照导游接待服务程序和规范要求完成相关导游服务工作;具有较好的语言表达能力,能运用方言进行导游接待服务;具备独立开展对客服务的能力,能应对旅游突发情况以及票务服务常识、结算相关款项的能力。本文认为中职学校培养的导游专业学生导游技能水平和旅游市场需要还有一定差距,提出培养的有效策略主要是提升教师的职业技能水平;应侧重从提升中等职业学校教师教育教学水平;完善与旅游企业长期合作的机制;严格学生管理。
