现今在教育改革不断推进的大背景下,高职教育也开展了积极的改革工作。在这样的教育环境下,我国高职教育也一直在探索以及创新职业教育的人才培养模式,以期职业教育能为社会培养出更多高素质且适合社会发展需求的专业性、技能型人才。在这一基础上,我国的高职教育相继探索出了工学结合、顶岗实习等多种高职教育人才培养方式,且取得了不斐的成果。但就目前来看,我国的职业教育发展水平与发达国家相比还存在很大的不足,社会上对职业教育的认可度还不高,影响我国职业教育的继续发展。本文在对我国高职教育不足之处进行分析的基础上,探讨了现代学徒制对高职教育人才培养模式产生的启示,以期现代学徒制在现今的高职教育中发挥更好的作用。
Nowadays, under the backdrop of continuous advances in education reform, higher vocational education has also launched a positive reform. Under such education environment, the higher vocational education in our country has also been exploring and innovating the mode of personnel training of vocational education, so that vocational education can train more professional and skilled personnel of high quality and social development needs for the society. On this basis, higher vocational education in our country have successively explored a variety of training methods for higher vocational education such as work-study integration and post-training internship, and achieved notable results. However, for the moment, the level of development of vocational education in our country is still far short of that of developed countries. The recognition of vocational education in the society is not high enough, which will affect the continuous development of vocational education in our country. Based on the analysis of the inadequacies of higher vocational education in our country, this paper explores the enlightenment of modern apprenticeship on the training model of higher vocational education so that the modern apprenticeship can play a better role in today’s higher vocational education.
