随着市场经济的快速发展,医院在整体发展水平上也得到了很大程度上的提升,但在人力资源管理方面仍存在诸多的问题,需要在未来的发展过程中予以解决。在新形势下医院仍采用传统的模式对人力资源进行集中的管理,严重抑制了我国医学行业的快速发展。本文将对新形势下医院人力资源管理过程中存在的问题进行详细的分析,并提出提升医院人力资源管理的效率的有效对策,从而不断提升新形势下医院人力资源管理的总体水平,实现医院的长远发展。
With the rapid development of market economy, hospitals have also been greatly improved in terms of the overall level of development. However, there are still many problems in human resources management that need to be solved in the future development. Under the new situation, the hospital still adopts the traditional mode of centralized management of human resources and seriously inhibits the rapid development of China’s medical industry. This article will make a detailed analysis of the existing problems in the process of hospital human resource management in the new situation and put forward effective countermeasures to improve the efficiency of hospital human resource management so as to continuously improve the overall level of hospital human resources management in the new situation, longterm development.
