在生产砖坯工艺过程中,土料的净化处理,多年来一直是砖厂一个难题.特别是生产非承重空心砖,对土料的净化更为严格.净化设备虽有多种,如对辊除石机、筛式供料机、捏合机、净化挤出机等等.但是,都不是很理想.笔者研制了一种捏合破碎净化挤泥机,简称净化机.它是分别采用了捏合机和净化挤出机的优点,把两者的工作原理结合在一起.并有所创新.在辽宁省辽新空心砖厂使用收到了好的效果.
In the process of producing bricks and bricks, the purification of earth materials has been a difficult problem for brick factories for many years. The author developed a kneading crushing and purifying machine, abbreviated as purifier. It uses kneaders and purification respectively. The advantages of the extruder combine the working principles of the two together. It has been innovative. The use of the hollow brick factory in Liaoning Province has received good results.
