为应对国际金融危机的冲击,中国实施了适度宽松的货币政策,2009年上半年,中国货币供应量增幅快速回升,金融机构贷款增长明显加快。在适度宽松的货币政策和郴州市建设两城的背景下,中小企业融资状况如何呢?为此,我们对郴州中小企业的融资状况进行调研分析。
To cope with the impact of the global financial crisis, China implemented a moderately easy monetary policy. In the first half of 2009, China’s money supply increased rapidly and its loan growth in financial institutions accelerated noticeably. In the context of moderately loose monetary policy and the construction of two cities in Chenzhou, how is the financing situation of SMEs? To this end, we investigate and analyze the financing conditions of SMEs in Chenzhou.
