脑水肿是新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的早期病理生理学改变,DWI、DTI可以准确监测脑水肿的影像信号变化过程。近来研究表明AQP-4与脑水肿关系密切,并与新生儿HIE脑水肿的DWI、DTI表现相关联。现对AQP-4与新生儿HIE脑水肿的发生机制及其DWI、DTI特征的相关性进行综述。
Brain edema is an early pathophysiological change in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. DWI and DTI can accurately monitor the signal changes of brain edema. Recent studies have shown that AQP-4 and brain edema are closely related, and with neonatal HIE brain edema DWI, DTI performance associated. The pathogenesis of AQP-4 and HIE brain edema and its correlation with DWI and DTI features are reviewed.
