以95%乙醇-丙酮混合溶剂提取茶皂素,得到了混合溶剂(95%乙醇与丙酮)最佳配比为4∶1。在最佳配比下,考察提取时间、温度、液料比对产率和纯度的影响,并采用正交试验进行优化,以产率为指标,得到优化的提取工艺为液料比4∶1,浸提时间3.5h,温度70℃,此时茶皂素产率可达33.3%;以纯度为指标,得到优化的提取工艺为液料比4∶1,浸提时间2.5h,温度60℃,此时茶皂素纯度为97.9%。
Tea saponin was extracted with mixed solvent of 95% ethanol and acetone, and the optimum ratio of mixed solvent (95% ethanol and acetone) was 4:1. Under the optimal ratio, the effects of extraction time, temperature, liquid-to-liquid ratio on the yield and purity were investigated. The orthogonal test was used to optimize the yield. The optimized extraction process was obtained by liquid-to-liquid ratio of 4:1 , Extraction time 3.5h, temperature 70 ℃, tea saponin yield up to 33.3%; purity as an indicator, the optimal extraction process for the liquid material ratio of 4: 1, extraction time 2.5h, temperature 60 ℃ At this point tea saponin purity of 97.9%.
