面对媒介技术变迁以及媒介竞争格局的改变,近年来,许多传媒集团纷纷进行了媒介融合的探索。本文立足于能力演化理论,探讨了媒介融合背景下报业组织核心能力演化的基本路径与特征,最后就如何推进其有序演化提出具体的策略。基本概念企业核心能力概念于1990年被正式提出。美国学者普拉哈拉德和哈默将企业核心能力定义为组织中的积累性学识,并认为企业的竞争优势来源于核心能力。企业演化理论起源于生物遗传与进化理论,能力演化是变化—选择—保留的过程。
In the face of changes in the media technology and changes in the media competition landscape, in recent years many media groups have conducted media integration studies. Based on the theory of ability evolution, this paper explores the basic path and characteristics of the evolution of the core competence of newspaper organizations in the context of media convergence. Finally, it puts forward specific strategies on how to promote its orderly evolution. The basic concept of the concept of corporate core competence was formally proposed in 1990. American scholars Prahalad and Hammer define their core competencies as accumulated knowledge in the organization and think that their competitive advantages come from their core competencies. Enterprise evolution theory originated in biological genetics and evolution theory, ability evolution is the process of change - selection - retention.
