人权教育活动随着中国人权事业的发展在各高校中开展。本文通过对中国传媒大学《人权法学》课程的介绍,对人权教育进行了实践教学的情景描述、方法探讨。在该课程的进行中,授课教师根据受教育对象的基本情况,灵活调整教育内容,主导并发动学生广泛参与人权问题的探讨。此外,课堂的交流及阅读材料的准备全部以英文方式进行,提高学生外语能力的同时,要求师生在课前的材料准备中接触大量阅读素材,从而清楚地认识到中国人权事业的任重道远和在中国进行人权教育存在的严峻事实。
Human rights education activities have been carried out in colleges and universities with the development of human rights in China. This article through the introduction to the course of “human rights law” of Communication University of China, carries on the practice description and method of human rights education. In the course of the course, teachers according to the basic situation of educated people, flexible adjustment of educational content, leading and mobilize students to participate in the discussion of human rights issues. In addition, the classroom communication and reading materials are all prepared in English. While improving students’ foreign language ability, teachers and students are required to contact a large amount of reading material in the material preparation before the class so as to clearly recognize that the cause of human rights in China is a long way to go.
