目的对上腹不适就诊人群患胃癌情况进行调查,分析相关因素,为预防提供参考。方法自行编制问卷调查表,对因上腹不适到嘉兴市第二医院体检的188人进行胃癌确诊,由经过培训的医师对患者及同期参加体检的健康人群进行问卷调查,对影响因素进行分析,并对预防措施进行探讨。结果在188受检者中,被确诊为原发性胃癌患者24人,发病率为12.8%。嘉兴市南湖区嘉兴市第二医院胃癌患者发病的主要危险因素包括高盐饮食、饮食不规律、长期食用干硬食物、慢性胃炎病史及肿瘤家族史等。结论高盐饮食、不规律饮食、长期患有胃病史及肿瘤家族史等是嘉兴市南湖区嘉兴市第二医院胃癌患病的主要危险因素,应针对上述危险因素制定科学的预防措施。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of gastric cancer in the upper abdominal discomfort treatment group, analyze the related factors and provide reference for the prevention. Methods A questionnaire was compiled by ourselves to diagnose gastric cancer in 188 people who had abdominal discomfort due to physical examination in Jiaxing Second Hospital. Questionnaires were conducted by trained doctors on the patients and the healthy people who participated in the physical examination in the same period, and the influencing factors were analyzed. And preventive measures to explore. Results Of 188 subjects, 24 were diagnosed with primary gastric cancer, the incidence was 12.8%. Jiaxing City, Nanhu District, Jiaxing City, the second hospital of gastric cancer incidence of major risk factors include high-salt diet, irregular diet, long-term consumption of dry and hard foods, chronic gastritis and family history of cancer. Conclusions High-salt diet, irregular diet, long-term history of gastric cancer and family history of tumor are the main risk factors of gastric cancer in Jiaxing Second Hospital, Jiaxing City, Nanning District, Jiaxing. Scientific preventive measures should be formulated according to the above risk factors.
