随着国有企业内部结构的逐步完善,集成化企业的管理模式也在日益更新。粗放型的管理模式不仅制约了企业在市场上的竞争力,同时也严重影响了企业向集约型管理模式的转变。因此,为了实现当代集成化企业管理的目标,有必要适时采取责任流的管理模式。本文旨在论述责任流管理模式在集成化企业管理中的实践研究,以便促进我国企业从计划型经济向市场型经济的转变。
With the gradual improvement of the internal structure of state-owned enterprises, integrated management of the enterprise is also increasingly updated. Extensive management mode not only restricts the competitiveness of enterprises in the market, but also seriously affected the transformation of enterprises to intensive management mode. Therefore, in order to achieve the goal of contemporary integrated enterprise management, it is necessary to take a timely and responsible management of the flow pattern. This article aims to discuss the practical study of the responsibility flow management model in integrated enterprise management in order to promote the transformation of our country’s enterprises from a planned economy to a market economy.
