中国政府的功能转换相对于市场经济滞后,计划经济残余随处可见,是症结所在。我认为中国在1992年选择了从计划经济体制过渡到社会主义市场经济体制,对中国经济的长远发展来讲是极其明智和必然的选择。尽管如此,在中国内部仍有一些人对市场经济颇有微辞,这也是今年的人代会上政府工作报告当中指出的问题。
The functional transformation of the Chinese government is lagging behind that of the market economy and the residuals of the planned economy are everywhere. It is the crux of the matter. I think that China chose to move from a planned economy to a socialist market economy in 1992 and is an extremely wise and necessary choice for the long-term development of China’s economy. However, there are still some people in China who have clouded the market economy. This is also the issue pointed out in this year’s NPC’s report on the work of the government.
