關於中國人民解放軍、中國人民志願軍現役軍官及職工,一九五五年已改為薪金制的,在農業稅征收時,一律不再計入農業人口,國務院前已規定,我會於七月四日以(55)會民字第零六一八號通知在案。頃又接國務院指示:關於中國人民解放軍、中國人民志願軍現役軍官及職工計算農業人口問題,由於夏征地區任務已經完成,不便再改;其他秋征地區,要分清本籍的軍官和士兵,尚待所在部隊開具證明,但秋征在即,來不及辦好這一手續。為此,特再規定中國人民解放軍,中國人民志願軍現役軍官和原為包乾制的國家機關工作人員,在今年征收農業稅時仍算作農業人口計征。前項規定應延長到一九五六年農業稅征收時執行。
