建立微波消解-原子荧光光谱法同时测定过磷酸钙中As和Hg的方法,并对前处理方法、酸介质及其浓度、硼氢化钠浓度等条件进行了优化。该方法的线性范围为ρ(As)0.0~50.0 ng/m L、ρ(Hg)0.0~5.0 ng/m L,相关系数在0.999 7以上;试样As、Hg相对标准偏差均不大于4%(n=6),加标回收率为As 92.4%~101.6%、Hg91.5%~94.0%,完全适用于过磷酸钙中As和Hg的检测。
The method of simultaneous determination of As and Hg in superphosphate by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established. The conditions of pretreatment, acid medium and its concentration and sodium borohydride concentration were optimized. The linear range of this method is 0.0 ~ 50.0 ng / m ρ (ρ), 0.0 ~ 5.0 ng / m ρ (Hg) and the correlation coefficient is above 0.999 7. The relative standard deviations of As and Hg are all less than 4% (n = 6). The recoveries were 92.4% ~ 101.6% and 91.5% ~ 94.0% Hg, respectively, which were completely suitable for the determination of As and Hg in superphosphate.
