玻璃管是化学实验中经常使用的仪器,但化学实验使用的玻璃管主要是弯曲玻璃管,这些弯曲玻璃管需要用直玻璃管制作。同时,我们在实验中还经常使用尖嘴玻璃导管、胶头滴管及药匙等,这些实验仪器也可用直玻璃管来制作。下面笔者谈一谈在教学过程中用玻璃管制作实验仪器的方法。一、弯曲玻璃管的制作1.用两手的拇指、食指和中指自然握住玻璃管的两端,使玻璃管平行于桌面、移至酒精喷灯火焰上灼烧弯曲点,匀速转动玻璃管,且左右移动,两手用力均匀。待玻璃管软化后弯曲时,两手应向中间略推,以避免玻璃管的弯曲点
