目的:观察经中心静脉导管腹腔关注香菇多糖联合顺铂治疗恶性腹腔积液的疗效及体会。方法:46例恶性腹腔积液患者经中性静脉导管给予香菇多糖4mg,顺铂40mg,用40ml生理盐水配制,注入腹腔内,每周一次,连用3周,观察其疗效。结果:有效率86.9%(40/46),稳定6例(13.4%),下降2例(4.3%)。不良反映为发热,腹痛,呼吸困难及皮疹,均为轻度。结论:注香菇多糖联合顺铂经中心静脉导管给药治疗恶性腹腔积液有效率高,改善了恶性肿瘤腹腔积液患者的生活质量,不良反应轻微。
Objective: To observe the efficacy and experience of intraperitoneal injection of lentinan plus cisplatin in the treatment of malignant ascites by central venous catheter. Methods: 46 patients with malignant ascites were treated with intravenous infusion of lentinan 4mg and cisplatin 40mg. The patients were treated with 40ml normal saline and injected into the abdominal cavity once a week for 3 weeks to observe the curative effect. Results: The effective rate was 86.9% (40/46), stable in 6 cases (13.4%) and decreased in 2 cases (4.3%). Adverse reactions were fever, abdominal pain, dyspnea and rash, all mild. Conclusion: The injection of lentinan combined with cisplatin through the central venous catheter for the treatment of malignant ascites effusion has high efficiency and improves the quality of life in patients with malignant ascites effusion with mild adverse reactions.
