目的 观察心复康口服液对正常雄性大鼠睾酮和皮质醇的影响 ,探讨其治疗气虚血瘀型充血性心力衰竭的机理。方法 应用酶联免疫法测定睾酮和皮质醇。观察不同剂量心复康口服液对睾酮和皮质醇水平的影响 ,同时观察心复康口服液对睾丸、附睾重量及其睾丸、附睾病理改变。结果 心复康口服液可以提高大鼠睾酮水平。结论 心复康口服液能够提高大鼠睾酮水平 ,可能是心复康口服液治疗以气虚、阳虚为主要证候的充血性心力衰竭的作用机制之一。
Objective To observe the effect of Xinfukang oral liquid on testosterone and cortisol in normal male rats, and to explore the mechanism of treating heart failure and blood stasis type congestive heart failure. Methods Testosterone and cortisol were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Observe the effects of different doses of Xinfukang oral liquid on testosterone and cortisol levels, and observe the changes of testicular and epididymis weights and pathological changes of testis and epididymis in Xinfukang oral liquid. Results Xinfukang Oral Liquid can increase the level of testosterone in rats. Conclusion Xinfukang oral liquid can increase the level of testosterone in rats, which may be one of the mechanisms of Xinfukang oral liquid in the treatment of congestive heart failure with deficiency of qi and yang.
