《中国社会主义建设常识》中“完善联产承包责任制”一节涉及到农村土地所有权问题,“对外开放”一节涉及到外商在我国土地上从事各种生产和经营活动问题。这两个问题往往会造成同学们对我国当前实施的土地制度的曲解和对现行经济政策的怀疑。因此,教师在课堂教学中一定要结合实际宣传好党的土地政策,引导学生树立土地公有制观念,要敢于触及热点,善于解释难点。
The section entitled “Improving the System of Remuneration for Removals by Output of Remuneration in Production” in the “General Knowledge of China’s Socialist Construction” refers to the issue of land ownership in rural areas. The section entitled “Opening up to the outside world” deals with the issue of foreign businessmen engaging in all kinds of production and business operations on land in our country. These two problems often result in the students’ misunderstanding of the current land system implemented in our country and the suspicion of the existing economic policies. Therefore, teachers in the classroom teaching must be combined with the actual promotion of the party’s land policy to guide students to establish the concept of land ownership of the public, should dare to touch the hot spots, good at explaining difficulties.
