由于性格或兴趣上的差异,有相当多的新生代农民工在刚进入建筑工地时总不太适应,做事畏手畏脚,甚至连话都不敢多说,在融入工地环境时显得很艰难。当前,新生代农民工的文化需求与企业人文现状是不对称的,光靠企业的人文关怀,新进员工融入企业的难度是显而易见的。在建筑企业无法改变人文现状的情况下,新生代农民工应该自己想办法找到融进企业的切入点,更快地适应工地环境,从而提升自己,实现自身价值。参照别人定标准
Because of the differences in personality or interests, quite a large number of new-generation migrant workers are not always comfortable when they first enter a construction site. They are afraid of doing things and can not even speak up, making it difficult to integrate into the site environment .
