临近年关,农民工问题再次引起各方关注。温家宝总理1月18日主持的国务院常务会议指出,党中央、国务院高度重视农民工问题,要求解决农民工问题时必须公平对待,一视同仁,强化服务,完善管理。并原则通过了《国务院关于解决农民工问题的若干意见》。应该说,来自最高决策层的关注,为一直处于边缘生存状态的广大农民工带来了新春第一缕温暖,同时也为从根本上解决农民工问题提供了政策方向和指导思路。
