高职教育主要为社会培养高技能的应用型人才,而实践教学则是实现这一目标的关键一环。文章首先阐述了高职物流专业开设实训项目的意义,其次,分析与预测了物流人才的需求,并对物流人才需求的层次与方向进行了解释,最后,从课程、竞赛与模拟等三方面出发介绍了实训项目建设的要求、形式与目标。
Higher vocational education mainly cultivates high-skilled and applied talents for the society, while practical teaching is a key part of achieving this goal. Firstly, the article expounds the significance of offering practical training programs for logistics major in higher vocational colleges. Secondly, it analyzes and forecasts the demand of logistics talents, and explains the level and direction of logistics talents demand. Finally, from the aspects of curriculum, competition and simulation, Departure introduced the training project construction requirements, forms and objectives.
