目的研究新型弹性屈臂型宫内节育器(intrauterine contraceptive device,IUD)放置后子宫出血情况。方法对400例自愿参加本项目且符合接收条件者用随机对照多中心临床研究方法,分别放置弹性屈臂型IUD200例和TCu220C IUD 200例,并分别选择其中40例在放置前、放置后1、3、6月做月经血量测定。结果两组月经血量测定者置器后1、3、6月的平均经血量都明显高于置器前(P<0.05)。置器后1、3、6月两组对比,各期平均月经血量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新型弹性屈臂型IUD放置后与TCu220CIUD放置后子宫出血情况基本相同。
Objective To study the uterine bleeding after placement of a new type of intrauterine contraceptive device (IUD). Methods 400 cases of voluntary participation in this project and meet the receiving conditions were randomized controlled multicenter clinical study methods were placed 200 cases of flexion arm IUD200 cases and TCu220C IUD 200 cases were selected and 40 cases were placed before placing 1, 3, 6 months to do menstrual blood. Results The mean menstrual blood volume at 1, 3 and 6 months after menstruation was significantly higher in both groups than that in pre-device (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in 1, 3, and 6 months after the device was set (P> 0.05). Conclusions The new elastic curved arm IUD placed after placement with TCu220CIUD uterine bleeding is basically the same.
