1927-1937年的十年建设时期,我国图书馆事业取得了长足的进步,这其中,教育部的作为是关键因素,其表现有三:一是颁布章程,即《图书馆规程》和《民众教育馆暂行规程》;二是组设图书馆,其中最重要的是北平图书馆,并采取相应扶持措施;三是保护图书,如防止古籍流出国境、抢救图书以免散失等。上述措施的落实,极大地推动了三十年代我国图书馆事业的进步。
During the decade of 1927-1937, great progress has been made in the cause of the library in our country. Among these, the Ministry of Education’s actions are the key factors. There are three aspects of its performance: First, the Articles of Association are promulgated, namely, “Library Rules” and “Public Education Interim Provisions ”; second is to set up a library, of which the most important is the Peking Library, and take appropriate support measures; third is to protect books, such as to prevent the outflow of ancient books out of the country, to save the book so as to save the loss. The implementation of the above measures has greatly promoted the progress of our library in the 1930s.
