患者 ,男 ,6 5岁 ,初诊日期 2 0 0 2年10月 18日。患者近 3个月来 ,总感上腹部饱胀不适 ,餐后更加严重 ,食欲减退 ,上腹部隐痛 ,逐渐消瘦 ,体重已减轻 10余斤。因有胃溃疡病史 ,故自服治溃疡药 ,效果不好。近 10天来感到乏力、发低烧 ,腹胀 ,腹部明显膨隆。 2天前开始恶心呕吐
