The topic of the symposium was the comparative research data of “Origin and Development of Western Companies” and “Shareholding Companies held by Japanese corporations” published in the third issue of this magazine in 1988 to explore the direction of organizational reform in China. Those invited to participate in the forum were mainly members of the Entrepreneur Comparison Club, and some new members also participated. Director of the Guangdong Provincial Economic Reform Commission Yi Zhenqiu, Director of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee’s Research Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology Wang Yan and leaders of the Jiangxi Provincial Economic Reform Commission, Xinyu, and leaders of the Party and Government of Jiujiang City attended the meeting.
