本文试验了改良砷碱法再生溶液中对苯二酚和对苯醌总含量与间苯三酚反应生成红黄色,并选择了光电分光光度法比色的适宜条件,确定了其比色测定的操作方法。由试验结果得出如下结论: 1.比色液中对苯二酚和对苯醌服从贝尔定律的总浓度范围为30—250微克/100毫升。 2.比色的适宜pH值范围为3.84—10.3;波长为430mμ或475—500mμ(用ι=1cm的比色皿);0.25%间苯三酚用量为5—7毫升;室温下显色反应的稳定时间为2—4小时。 3.根据初步探索结果,工业生产系统中的砷碱液内重金属离子的存在对比色的干扰作用不明显,故不需萃取分离,如果选用适宜的比色条件及采用较大的稀释倍数(100倍)和调节基准液及各种不同浓度的试液中含有相等体积的砷碱液的办法可以使测定的准确度达到较满意的结果。而且重现性很好。
