目的:探讨医护人员遭受工作场所暴力后的应激反应,为采取干预措施提供依据。方法:对30名遭受过医院暴力的医护人员深度访谈,整理分析资料。结果:医护人员遭受医院场所暴力后的应激反应为:情绪复杂、渴望帮助;心理调适需内外结合;不同应激反应影响心理状态。结论:医院工作场所暴力事件给医护人员带来了强烈且持久的应激反应,造成严重的影响,我们要密切关注暴力受害者的心理健康,及时有力地进行心理疏导,引导受害者正确看待应激源,最终将暴力后遗症伤害降到最低程度。
Objective: To investigate the stress response of medical staff after being exposed to violence in the workplace, and to provide basis for the intervention. Methods: In-depth interviews were conducted with 30 medical and nursing staff who had suffered from hospital violence and the data were analyzed. Results: The stress response of medical staff after being subjected to violence in the hospital was as follows: emotional complex, longing for help; psychological adjustment needed to be combined internally and externally; different stress responses affected psychological status. Conclusion: Violence in the workplace of the hospital brings strong and lasting stress response to health care workers, causing serious impact. We should pay close attention to the psychological health of the victims of violence, promptly and forcefully conduct psychological counseling, and guide the victims to correctly view Irritation, and ultimately minimize the damage from the aftermath of the violence.
