本文分别利用小麦品种“中国春”-黑麦lmperial和“中国春”-大麦Betzes的整套标准二体添加系,以及黑麦-小麦单体添加系,对黑麦、大麦及小麦的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)基因进行了染色定位研究。实验中采用5%聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电脉法。可用于进行LDH同功酶基因定位的酶带仅见于第二区中。结果发现黑麦的LDH同功酶基因Ldh-R1和Ldh-R2位于4R染色体上,大麦LDH同功酶基因Ldh-H1和Ldh-H2位于4H染色体上。由于所用的黑麦-小麦添加系并不成套,只有小麦LDH同功酶基因Ldh-B1被定位在4B染色体上。在供试的3种禾谷类作物中,LDH基因均被定位在第四部分同源群的染色体上。
In this paper, the lactic acid of rye, barley and wheat was dehydrogenated using the whole set of standard two-body additive system of wheat varieties “Chinese Spring” - lmperial and “Chinese Spring” - Betzes, Enzyme (LDH) gene was stained for localization. Experiments using 5% polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Enzymes that can be used to localize the LDH isoenzyme are found in the second region only. The results showed that Ldh-R1 and Ldh-R2 of rye were located on chromosome 4R, and barley LDH isozymes Ldh-H1 and Ldh-H2 were located on chromosome 4H. Since the rye-wheat addition system used is not complete, only the wheat LDH isozyme Ldh-B1 is located on chromosome 4B. Among the three cereal crops tested, the LDH genes were all located on the chromosomes of the fourth part of the homologues.
